... also titled, "Megzie discovers secondary lighting"!
My entry for this week's Weekly Fanart Challenge. The promt this week was Avatar: The Last Airbender since the finale is airing on Satruday.
I had a hard time deciding who to draw this week. I'd already drawn a picture of Princess Yue, so I decided to draw Katara in her season 3 water tribe costume.
Had a hard time with the pose, but I'm quite happy with the end result! I went with a pretty simple background this time, but I think it looks nice. The water was fun to do. I LOVE drawing water :3 Oh! Secondary lighting!! I decided to give secondary lighting a try. The water in Avatar always has this weird glowyness about it, so I made it reflecting off Karata. I... think I did all right. Any tips would be greatly appreciated though as this was my first try.
